Often, when you think about Albana, you think of its sweetness, which gratifies the palate and enhances its aromas.
Grapes: Albana of Romagna.
Harvest: beginning of September, by hands with selection of the grapes.
Winemaking: fermentation in white, process conducted at controlled temperature and only partially done. Refrigeration and filtration, allow us to maintain a residue of natural sugars able to confer the balanced aromaticity and sweetness.
Alcohol content: 9 %vol
Sensory characteristics: golden yellow wine, with flavors of ripe fruit, apricots and honey, that accompany the sweet and full note, typical of the Albana Dolce.
Combinations: fruit and dessert, served in small glasses. Donut and dry biscuits. The combination with Fossa cheese is also suggestedaccompanied by chestnut honey.
